- Why is a mortgage company offering VOWs?
Wintrust Mortgage has had a long-standing tradition of embracing technology in the Real Estate Industry. Formerly, we co-marketed websites using other VOW providers, but found that none satisfied everyone’s needs and most required months’ lead time to get started.
We offer low-cost VOWs to establish and improve our relationships with Realtors and gain access to oft-neglected web leads.
- Is that the only thing I’ll ever pay?
Yes, although our prices update annually, our charges include full setup and the direct licensing cost from MLSNI.
- Am I under any obligation to provide WMC with loans?
Absolutely not — your agreement for a VOW is exclusive of the mortgage business. If you have an existing relationship with another Loan Officer, we only ask that you consider us as a backup (again, without obligation).
- How will people find my site?
We can demonstrate that our VOWs have excellent placement in the major search engines (Google, Yahoo!, AOL, and MSN). Many of our clients are within the first 50 results for searches within their given area.
The best way to generate web leads is by adding your URL to business cards and sign-riders. Don’t forget to keep your URL simple!
- What about domain names?
Our VOW system supports an unlimited number of domain names for your site, and we can certainly help you find the right one.
